The Cruisers and Company Turbo Kit supplies everything you need to have a running, driving, Turbo'd 1993-1994. Now there are more options than ever with the ability to take your 1FZ-FTE to the next level with our STAGE 2 kit! Read below for more info.
STAGE 1:
Derived from our 1995-1997 Kit, the 1993-1994 shares all of the same components but differs in that includes everything you need to properly fuel/control your 1FZ-FE which has always been the Achilles heel of the 1993-1994 80 Series when adding any forced injection. In stock form the factory ECU cannot adjust for extra airflow and as such would always run lean which can lead to a damaged engine. Others have used work arounds like extra injectors and methanol HOPING that extra fuel/methanol would atomize and be dispersed between cylinders equally but not US!
No extra injectors, no methanol injection, no BAND-AIDS, just pure control with the ECUMasters EMU Black and our plug and play harness. Take control of your engine with proper port injection and ignition timing to unlock the extra power that has been hiding!
Utilizing the factory exhaust manifolds the turbo is mounted with a tig welded, stainless steel CNC formed J-Pipe that has a billet collector ensuring a perfect fit. Our J-Pipe has the fewest welds (5) out of any J-Pipe or Manifold on the market, making it more reliable. New Toyota hardware and gaskets are included to mount the J-Pipe. The J-Pipe is also braced between the collector and engine, adding even more stability for those times you are really using your 80. The downpipe is tig welded, stainless steel, and includes a flex bellow and M18x1.5 bung for an AFR sensor. To add reliability, we fitted a Turbosmart recirculating blow off valve so that the compressor wheel and shaft aren't unduly stressed in rapid off throttle situations. Water lines, oil lines, and the necessary adapters to keep your turbo running smoothly are included. All intake piping and clamps are included in the kit and will work with the factory early 80 series battery tray for those of you running a dual battery set up. To help with the heat management, we include a turbo beanie, 4 feet of Heatshield Armor to wrap the down pipe and AC line that runs past the J-Pipe. This kit is 99% bolt on but will need some custom exhaust work to join the dual catalytic convertors to our J-Pipe

STAGE 2: THE NEXT LEVEL IN 1FZ PERFORMANCE
Take your 1FZ-FTE to the next level with our STAGE 2 kit. We have added a plethora of options so that you can have incredible HP and Torque without performing an engine swap. On the dyno our kit (on a '96) produced a substantial 364 HP and 481 Ft-Lbs. to the wheels at 14 pounds of pressure. That is more than most LS, 6BT's and 1HDT/FT/FTE's will ever make at the crankshaft, let alone the wheels. To put it in a different perspective, the new 2025 GX550 makes 347 HP and 479 Ft-Lbs. at the crankshaft. This is truly modern power for your 80 Series and could be taken further if someone wanted to push for more.
Larger 800CC injectors, fuel pressure regulator, 340 LPH fuel pump, intercooler, and Wholesale Automatics Extreme Valve Body take the 1FZ to the next level.
