About

A passion for adventure mixed with a love for Toyotas is what describes US. We're a family that lives and breathes for that next opportunity to hit a dirt road, explore, and enjoy the drive. We have used our machines to the limits, found them, and are now developing products to push those boundaries. Toyota makes the best 4wd's on the planet - but even they didn't know what owners would do to these rigs. That's why Cruisers and Company was born: to push limits, develop solutions, and enhance Toyota 4wd's. It's what WE do.

Johnny Pryor

Cruiser head and Mechanical Engineer - Johnny has been into everything Toyota 4wd's for well over a decade. Growing up with Cruisers from day 1, they became his passion. From 4 wheeling, outfitting, wrenching, and engine swapping Toyotas, he has an extensive knowledge base of these vehicles. During college, Johnny pursued that passion and worked for 5 years professionally as an automotive tech. He worked on cruisers and various other Toyota's, doing everything from general maintenance and engine rebuilds, to some of the best engine swaps in Land Cruisers seen to date. Earning his engineering degree in 2021, it was time to apply knowledge to his passion and eventually start Cruisers and Company with Ryan in 2023.

Ryan Pacheco

General Manager - Brought into the world of off-roading and Toyota 4wd's by Johnny and his family in 2012, Ryan has embraced the adventurous lifestyle; outfitting, equipping, maintaining, and 4 wheeling his Tacoma all across the western US. It goes without saying that Ryan likes to get his hands dirty, but his primary role is in supply logistics and project management. His extremely keen eye for detail pays dividends in every aspect of the work performed at Cruisers and Company.

Scott Tate

Technician and Toyota Guy - Scott became passionate about Land Cruisers during a two year period spent living in Uganda, Africa. A Marine Corps veteran, he spent his years on active duty operating tanks and seeing the world. When Scott is not working on Cruisers, he can be found spending time with family, exploring the Mountain West, or down in Baja, searching for the best fish tacos. Scott is passionate about all things Land Cruiser.

Josh Ball

Technician - Josh’s career is built on a foundation of technical expertise and precision. He began as an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic in the general aviation field, where he spent three years servicing and maintaining aircraft, placing a focus on precision and reliability. He then transitioned into the defense aerospace industry, where he dedicated five years to producing satellites, optics, and their required subsystems.
Josh’s background blends technical acumen with innovative thinking, enabling him to tackle complex challenges with confidence and precision. A passion for the Toyota 4x4 platform drives his work at Cruisers and Company as he endeavors to push boundaries and deliver exceptional results.
