All Cruisers and Company's products are intended for offroad use only. It is up to the purchaser to follow all Federal and State laws/regulations. Cruisers and Company is not liable for how the purchaser/end user uses the product. Purchaser/User assumes all risk and liability associated with modifying their vehicle.
Warranty
Warranty
Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
Cruisers and Company guarantees the workmanship of our fabricated components for a period of 180 days from date of receipt except as noted below:
Turbo Kits: 180 Days/8,000 miles (whichever comes first) from date of receipt on Cruisers and Company workmanship/components. Fill out and submit our warranty form included in the kit within 30 days of receipt. If the end user does not submit the form, then the warranty is void. Warranty form needs to be completed/submitted before the vehicle has been driven. Warranty does not apply to improper installation, misuse, negligence, poor maintenance, collision, or other unreasonable abuse. It is up to Cruisers and Company's discretion to determine if a Turbo kit was improperly installed, misused, neglected, or other unreasonable abuse occurred. It is up to the end user to decide if the engine is a good candidate for our turbo kit. Every engine has lived a different like and it is impossible for Cruisers and Company to verify each engine is a good candidate. Cruisers and Company is not responsible for any damage incurred by installing this product.
All Third Party products are covered by their original manufacturers warranty, if any.
Warranty on ALL PRODUCTS does not apply to improper installation, misuse, negligence, collision, or other unreasonable abuse. It is up to Cruisers and Company's discretion to determine if a product was improperly installed, misused, neglected, or other unreasonable abuse occurred.
Power coating or other finishes applied to products are not covered under Warranty.
All Warranty claims must be filed HERE. Cruisers and Company will respond within 5 business days unless the website explicitly states we are closed or out of the shop at the time a warranty claim is submitted.
Shipping
Shipping
We do our best to package all items so they make it to their destination, but accidents occasionally happen. If a package is damaged or opened before delivery, the purchaser must refuse the package at time of attempted delivery. All packages over $1,000 ship with a signature required. Receiver must notify Cruisers and Company of any missing parts within 7 business days of receiving the package.
Transmissions will be quoted for shipment after purchase has been made. They must ship to a business that can unload a pallet from a truck - no exceptions.
Shipping
Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your delivery location and method.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number and shipping carrier.
Any delays with shipment due to carrier issues are not our responsibility. Some delays may also occur due to national holidays.
Lead Times
Some items have a "lead time" noted. These items are not kept in stock. The lead time indicates the amount of time before the item will be ready to ship.
International Shipping
We can only ship to domestic shipping handlers located in the USA. Any international shipping must be handled by a third-party forwarding agent. Please add your agent as your shipping address and let us know any additional information needed to get your parts to you.
If you are using a freight forwarding service for international shipping, this is considered an international shipment and your order may incur import duties and taxes. These are payable by you, the customer. If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your destination country, we recommend you contact your local customs office.
Returns
Returns
Cruisers and Company will accept returns on unopened and unused products. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. At Cruisers and Company's discretion, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may apply. Purchaser/User will be responsible for return shipping costs. It is up to the purchaser/user to decide if they want to insure their return package. Cruisers and Company is not liable for any product lost during return shipping. Refunds will only be issued after the product has been received and inspected by Cruisers and Company. It is at Cruisers and Company's discretion to issue any reimbursement. Sales of any electronics are final and cannot be returned
