Do you take unscheduled vehicle repair appointments?

No, all vehicle repairs must be scheduled unless you are a traveler seeking help.

We are having a Toyota emergency outside of operating hours, how can we reach you?

Not every road trip goes according to plan and we try to help when possible. Email us at Info@Cruisersanddcompany.com and text us at 720-688-1830. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

When will my items ship?

We are not Amazon, we are a small business ran by very dedicated people trying their hardest. Things in stock will ship right away and things that may be out of stock or are a special order item will generally ship within 2 weeks of ordering. If you haven't seen a tracking email within two weeks, please follow up with us. For anyone placing a preorder, an estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. If something changes with your preorder you will be notified.

Can I stop by and say hello?

Yes! We welcome walk ins to make introductions and build relationships. All we ask is that you contact us ahead of time to make sure that we are here.

Can I bring parts I ordered elsewhere for you to install?

No, generally we will not allow client purchased parts unless discussed prior to the appointment. Many times clients order the wrong items with good intentions or when they are trying to get the best price and wind up with the wrong product. For the best results, le us help you in parts acquisition.
